Car subscription: the 2011 Audi A5
Car subscription and the 2011 Audi A5: the figures first, then how to rent it from CarmaCars. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.
Engine and fuel
The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with front-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
Combined fuel use is 9.4 L/100 km: about 28 litres for 300 km. That works out to about $16.45 per 100 km at our price setting.
Space, size and seats
It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. Luggage space is 283 litres, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.
Who rents the A5
It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Requesting a car
The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.
You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
Requirements
An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.
Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
