Who qualifies
Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
What happens when you ask for a car
All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.
Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
