Your request, our offer, your keys

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

What to have ready

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
