Before pickup

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Requesting a car

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.
