Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Requirements

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
