Booking in plain terms

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

What you need to rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
