How a booking comes together

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What to bring

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
