The rules, briefly
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
What to expect when you book
Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.
