Before pickup

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
