How booking works

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
