How a booking comes together

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Rules for renters

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
