Booking in plain terms

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Checking your details

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
