Before you rent
Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.
Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
