How a booking comes together
Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.
Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
What we need from you
At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.

Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $0 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
