The 1997 Eagle Vision: Car subscription
Car subscription: the 1997 Eagle Vision. Here is the car in plain words, and how renting one from CarmaCars works. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.
The numbers in plain words
It is powered by the 3.3L 6-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.
Rated at 11.8 L/100 km combined, it needs around 35 litres for a 300 km round trip. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $54.87 at our price setting.
What to expect from the Vision
It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. Luggage space is 481 litres, enough for a family's bags for a long weekend.
A good match for
It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

From your dates to the handover
Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.
Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
What you need to rent
We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
