How it works

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Driver basics

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
