Renting: the basics

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
