Car subscription: black 2021 Ford Escape S in Knobs

Car subscription with this car

This 2021 Ford Escape S page is written for a car by the month: the car first, then renting it from us. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.

Renting for Knobs

Knobs is about 692 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Knobs starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Johnson Crossroads, Elmhurst and Union are the closest places to Knobs on our list.

Reading the spec sheet

The 1.5L 3-cylinder turbo does the work, through an 8-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Rated at 7.8 L/100 km combined, it needs around 23 litres for a 300 km round trip. For 1,000 km, budget about $120.90 at our price setting.

When the Escape makes sense

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Space and size

Being a compact SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well.

Our Escape cars

Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

What we ask of drivers

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

What happens when you ask for a car

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
