Renting the 2011 Ford Explorer

Here is the 2011 Ford Explorer, for anyone after a car by the month. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.

The figures, translated

Its 3.5L 6-cylinder drives through a 6-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

Combined fuel use is 11.7 L/100 km: about 35 litres for 300 km. At our price setting, 1,000 km costs about $181.40.

A good match for

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Size and space

As an SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

Getting one from us

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.

Who can rent

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

How renting with us works

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Your move

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
