Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Driver requirements

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
