Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
