How booking works

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Checking your details

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
