What we ask of drivers

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

What happens when you ask for a car

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
