Getting the car booked

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Renting: the basics

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
