Before pickup

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

Request, offer, keys

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
