Licence, age and card

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Your request, our offer, your keys

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
