The 2003 Ford Taurus: Car subscription
Searching for car subscription and the 2003 Ford Taurus? Here is what the car is like and how to rent one from us. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.
Specs, explained
Under the hood: the 3.0L 6-cylinder and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.
For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 36 litres, from its 11.9 L/100 km rating. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $55.35 at our price setting.
The Taurus in everyday use
Being a large sedan, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. The trunk holds 1,104 litres by the EPA's count: bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.
Best uses
It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.
Getting one from us
Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
The rules, briefly
Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.
Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
Your booking, in three steps
Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.
Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
Over to you
Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
