Car subscription with this car
This page joins two things: car subscription, and the 1997 Ford Thunderbird in plain words. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.
What the specs mean
The 3.8L 6-cylinder with rear-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It runs on regular gas. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.
Rated at 12.4 L/100 km combined, it needs around 37 litres for a 300 km round trip. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $19.22, and a 300 km weekend about $57.66.
Inside and out
Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. Its 425 litre trunk is enough for a family's bags for a long weekend.
Who rents the Thunderbird
It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

What happens when you ask for a car
You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.
The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
The rules, briefly
We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
Your move
Send a request with your dates, and we will come back with an offer.
