Renting: the basics

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

From your dates to the handover

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
