How it works

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Who qualifies

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
