Licence, age and card

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

Your booking, in three steps

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
