What the specs mean

The 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo does the work, through an automatic (CVT). The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Fuel use is rated 7.1 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 21 litres. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $11.01, and a 300 km weekend about $33.03.

Room inside

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. EPA lists 481 litres of luggage space, enough for a family's bags for a long weekend.

When the Accord makes sense

It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Renting this car

Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.

What we need from you

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Your request, our offer, your keys

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
