The Odyssey and Java

CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 3,178 km from Java, and does not deliver there. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java.

Neighbouring areas include Klinefelter, Ibis and Arrowhead Junction.

What the figures tell you

The powertrain here is the 3.5L 6-cylinder with front-wheel drive and a 10-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Its combined rating is 10.5 L/100 km, which means roughly 32 litres for 300 km. Every 100 km costs about $16.28 in fuel at our price setting.

Space and size

Being a minivan, it carries people and their bags without fuss.

Who rents the Odyssey

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Can I rent it?

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates.

Request, offer, keys

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

What we check

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Next step

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
