Driver requirements
You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.
Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
How it works
You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.
Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
