What happens when you ask for a car
Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.
Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
Before you rent
An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
