How booking works

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Driver basics

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
