Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
What to expect when you book
Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.
Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
