Under the hood

It uses the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo and all-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

Its combined rating is 10.6 L/100 km, which means roughly 32 litres for 300 km. Expect about $16.43 per 100 km at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

How big it is

Its SUV body gives a high seating position and an easy load height.

Getting one from us

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates.

What to bring

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.

Requesting a car

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
