The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
The steps
A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.
The photos on a car's page are of that car. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
