Car subscription: the Lambda Control Systems

For a car by the month, here is what the Lambda Control Systems brings, and how to request one. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.

Specs, explained

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Can you rent one?

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We have no Lambda Control Systems on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

Booking made plain

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

What we check

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

One more step

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
