Renting the 1992 Lexus ES
Renting the 1992 Lexus ES as a car by the month works like any rental with us: a free request, an offer, then the keys. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.
Under the hood
It uses the 3.0L 6-cylinder and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.
Plan on about 37 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 12.4 L/100 km. That works out to about $19.22 per 100 km at our price setting.
Living with the ES
Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. The trunk holds 396 litres by the EPA's count: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.
Who the ES suits
It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Booking, step by step
Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. You pay only once you approve the offer.
The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
Who can rent
Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
