Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
What happens when you ask for a car
Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. You pay when you approve, and only then.
