Car subscription with this car
Renting the 2017 Lexus IS as a car by the month works like any rental with us: a free request, an offer, then the keys. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.
Specs, explained
It runs the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with rear-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.
It is rated at 9.1 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 27 litres. In money, 1,000 km costs about $159.30 at our price setting.
When the IS makes sense
It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.
Size and space
A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. Its 311 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.
Renting it
We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Who can rent
From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.
Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
How it works
You request the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.
The photos on a car's page are of that car. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
