Requesting a car

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

What we ask of drivers

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
