The 2001 Lexus SC: Car subscription

Car subscription and the 2001 Lexus SC: the figures first, then how to rent it from CarmaCars. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.

What the specs mean

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

A good match for

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Inside and out

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with.

Renting it

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.

Before pickup

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

How it works

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Talk to a person

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
