Booking, step by step

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Rules for renters

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
