Reading the spec sheet
The powertrain here is the 5.5L 12-cylinder turbo with rear-wheel drive and a 5-speed automatic. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.
The combined figure, 19.6 L/100 km, means roughly 59 litres for 300 km. In money, 1,000 km costs about $343 at our price setting.
Good uses for the 62
It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.
Size and space
As a large sedan, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. At 425 litres, the trunk fits a family's bags for a long weekend.
Getting this car from us

Requesting a car
Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.
Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
Rules for renters
At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
Your move
A request takes a few minutes and puts a real offer in front of you.
