Car subscription and the 1990 Mazda MPV
If you need a car by the month, read about the 1990 Mazda MPV here, then request it. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.
What the figures tell you
The 2.6L 4-cylinder with rear-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It runs on regular gas. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.
At 12.4 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 37 litres of fuel. At our price setting, 1,000 km costs about $192.20.
Inside and out
It is the kind of vehicle that makes a family trip calmer.
Who rents the MPV
It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.
Rent it from us
If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Licence, age and card
Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
From your dates to the handover
Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.
The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
When you know your dates
A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
