Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.
Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
What happens when you ask for a car
Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You pay only once you approve the offer.
Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
