Want the 2016 Rolls-Royce Wraith as a car by the month? Start here: the car in plain words, then how booking works. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.
The figures, translated
The 6.6L 12-cylinder turbo does the work, through an 8-speed automatic. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.
At 15.3 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 46 litres of fuel. In money, 1,000 km costs about $267.80 at our price setting.
Is it right for your trip?
It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.
What the Wraith is like
As a mid-size car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. The trunk holds 368 litres by the EPA's count: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.
Getting one from us
This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Your booking, in three steps
Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.
The photos on a car's page are of that car. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
What to have ready
You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
